Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

  • Application refers to the software programs provided by the Company, including "ISS Tracker", "Check My Device", and other applications published by BeHonor Studio.

  • Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
  • Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
  • Service refers to the Applications provided by the Company.
  • Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company, such as third-party advertising networks.
  • Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Information Collection and Use

1. Personal Data

We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal identification information (such as your name, email address, physical address, or phone number). Our applications do not require user account registration or login.

2. Location Data (On-Device Processing Only)

Certain features in our applications (such as the pass prediction feature in ISS Tracker) require access to your device's location (approximate or precise) to calculate and display the satellite's next visible pass over your current position.

  • Location data is processed strictly in-memory on your device (ephemeral processing).
  • We never upload, transmit, or store your location on any remote server.
  • We never share or sell your location data to any third party or advertiser.

3. Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob)

To support our free services, our applications may display advertisements powered by Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and process certain device information to serve ads, prevent fraud, and analyze ad performance. This may include:

  • Device or other IDs: such as the Google Advertising ID (GAID) or other device identifiers.
  • App Activity & Interactions: user interactions with advertisements (views, impressions, and clicks).
  • App Performance & Diagnostics: diagnostic and error logs, ad loading latency, and performance data.

Children's Privacy and Families Policy

We are committed to protecting children's privacy and complying with the Google Play Families Policy and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

For applications whose target audience includes children, all third-party advertisements are restricted to family-safe categories, and ads are requested in compliance with applicable child-directed regulations (such as using non-personalized ads).

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third party link, You will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
